The quote tool

The form collects gender, date of birth, self-reported wellness level, smoking status, benefit size and duration. This data goes to the carriers' pricing engine to return rates but isn't retained here. Rate quotes don't require name, location, contact number or email. Repeat queries may use cached results to avoid repeated requests.

Applying

Should you proceed with an application, your earlier answers populate a protected application hosted by the carriers' platform, governed by their privacy policies. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, oversees the application flow.

The contact form

The message box collects your name, electronic address, your phone number (optional), reply preference, matter category, and your message body. It's sent to the agency by email with your address as return address. No message copies are kept, no history database exists, no message log is maintained. A lightweight protection tool runs locally before sending to discourage misuse.

Measurement

Analytics here employ first-party, cookie-free counting hosted on this domain. We don't deploy identifier cookies or personal IDs. Before recording, we anonymize two-thirds of your address; search source information gets purged; complete logs disappear after 90 days. Systems signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control settings receive no data collection at all.

What we do not do

We don't rent, trade or donate personal information; we avoid marketing firms and third-party analytics tools. Just the carriers' app system shows up when you reach the application page.
